This is a case study of the partnership between World Telecom Labs (WTL) and Mkulima African Telecom Company (MTC-Amotel), the first mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in Tanzania. Under the partnership, WTL will deploy its voice and data Vivada GSM solution for MTC-Amotel to provide a range of communication services to the rural population in Tanzania.
