Kâren Dyer is Ovum’s Customer Support Manager and is the primary contact for client relationships across Ovum’s premium data and research products.
As part of the Ask an Analyst team, she is responsible for managing IT-related enquiries and coordinating access to analysts who specialize in the subject area in question via telephone, email, or face to face.
Kâren joined Ovum in February 2015 and has a background in external content/subscriptions management, business research, and knowledge management.
Prior to joining Ovum, Kâren spent 12 years with KPMG where her last position before joining Ovum was as a global knowledge manager for the Healthcare and Life Sciences division. Initially recruited as a desktop research tools trainer for the global consulting firm, Kâren was then promoted to the position of UK Central Research Enquiry Service manager.
Prior to working for KPMG, Kâren spent several years in Australia and worked as a Business Information Specialist for McKinsey & Company.
