Her key areas of expertise include application services and sourcing strategies, outsourcing trends, service provider strategies, global and offshore service delivery and engagement models, distributed/offshore agile development, and vendor management and governance.

Hansa has been covering the IT services market for nearly a decade and previously spent five years as part of Ovum’s Tools and Insights team.
