Gemma is Ovum's Head of Client Services and Experience. She manages Ovum's Relationship Management team and also Ovum's Ask an Analyst service. She is the primary point of contact for client interactions and experience across Ovum’s business.
Gemma joined Informa in 2004, starting work as a research analyst covering the Russian and CIS markets. In 2011, Gemma took on the new challenge of managing the businesses customer enquiry process, working with customers to help support their business needs. In 2013, Gemma became Customer Experience Manager, with a broader role involved in all aspects of client interactions across the business. In 2017, she assumed the role of Head of Client Services and Experience, managing a team dedicated to customer relations and experience across the business.
