Clement is a Principal Analyst at Ovum. He advises large enterprise clients on service provider and ICT system integrator services, as well as strategies for digital business transformation.

Since joining Ovum in 2016, Clement has covered managed services, customer experience, and digital marketing strategies and services. He speaks regularly at industry conferences in the Asia-Pacific region and also comments on industry developments for local and international media.

Before joining Ovum, Clement was a Senior Analyst at Forrester Research, where he helped B2C marketing professionals with their digital and social marketing strategies. Prior to that, he led VMware’s thought leadership campaigns across the Asia-Pacific region.

Clement holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Mass Communication from Nanyang Technological University.
