Prior to joining Ovum, Billy worked within the recruitment industry for two years. His first role at Austin Andrew Financial Recruitment was as a consultant, where he specialized in business development and sourcing talent for Austin Andrew's existing asset management client base. Following this, he joined Search Party, an innovative start-up headquartered in Australia, as an account manager.
