In 4Q16, we commissioned a survey to examine the “new digital consumer,” surveying consumers in Australia, Brazil, China, France, the UK, and the US. We found that 63% of respondents purchase a bundle of two or more services. Just under half of consumers who do not take a multiplay package consider it highly or moderately likely they will do so in the next two or three years.
