Introduction

Analysis of 2015 managed services deals from telecoms service providers shows that while telcos have established cloud as a significant delivery platform for services to the enterprise, it has not displaced the wide area network as the key service ingredient in telco-managed contracts. Cloud connectivity may grab the headlines, but WAN is the service still generating volume business.
