  • In 2016, Portugal's mobile subscriber base declined by 1.2% to reach 16.16 million. The three major mobile operators, namely MEO, Vodafone Portugal, and NOS, held subscriber market shares of 45.6%, 27.9%, and 26.5%, respectively.
