In a new development in the long-running case brought by Songkick against Live Nation Entertainment and Ticketmaster, Songkick filed a complaint claiming that a former executive who now works for Ticketmaster accessed confidential company information. LNE/Ticketmaster has denied the accusation and is making a series of counterclaims.
