Ovum's IT services research includes all publicly announced contracts with values of more than $1m. This report provides insights into deal signings by vendor, client, value, region, and IT services type and solution area for July 2016.


  • The total contract value (TCV) of deals announced in July 2016 decreased 63.3% compared with the same period of the previous year.
  • Application development contracts accounted for 25% of the total contract volume.
  • Telecom Italia secured the biggest share of monthly TCV.
