Cloud CRM vendor Zoho announced two new apps and updates to one other on February 1, 2018, in advance of its Analyst Day conference. The announcement speaks to Zoho's intent to improve its ability to deliver hosting of more complex, professional-grade websites for its customers, mainly SMEs but also a growing number of enterprises.


  • Zoho continues adding refinements to the basic functions of its CRM and customer-facing capabilities. Each piece extends the company’s ability to present a better end-user experience, whether directly through visuals and functionality or indirectly with analytics. Zoho's position in its market is strong, but the company's direction and eventual clientele remain somewhat unclear.
