At the 2017 Dreamforce conference, Salesforce announced five new services and updates to its Customer Success Platform that unlock the latest advancements in personalization, online learning, artificial intelligence, productivity, app development, and IoT. Salesforce also announced updates to the Quip collaboration platform.
