Introduction

Force.com, Salesforce’s platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offering, is a full SMAC (social, mobile, analytics, cloud) stack. When used in conjunction with Salesforce’s Analytics and Community Clouds, it becomes a data and people integration hub, fulfilling the social and analytics parts of its SMAC ambitions.
