This presentation provides an update on CK Hutchison Group operations to end-3Q15, covering financial performance, market dynamics, key developments, latest products, and strategic initiatives.


  • CK Hutchison Holdings and Hutchison Whampoa completed the reorganization and combination of their businesses on June 3, 2015. As a result, the group now holds assets in five core businesses – ports, retail, infrastructure, energy, and telecoms – in more than 50 countries
  • In Europe, 3 Group has continued to grow. Revenue and EBITDA increased by 16% and 40% year on year, respectively, in 1H15. In September 2015, 3 UK launched the UK’s first VoLTE service, covering 50% of the population at launch.
  • Hutchison 3's acquisition of O2 Ireland was completed in July 2014. In the UK, Hutchison entered into an agreement to buy O2 UK for £9.25bn ($13.92bn).
